Join Our Team at Berman CDJR! We're growing and looking for full-time Automotive Sales/Product Specialists to join our team. If you're energetic, customer-focused, and excited by an uncapped commission pay structure, this is an excellent opportunity! Workdays: MondaySaturday (Sundays off + one additional weekday off) Uncapped commissions | $100K+ potential

• 25% - 30% commission on new and used cars

Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience, from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed, confident, and excited about their purchase.

A Typical Day Includes:

• Engaging with customers via phone, email, text, and in person
• Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
• Completing in-depth product demonstrations
• Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
• Presenting and explaining purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures
• Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
• Experience in Automotive Industry, sales preferred
