Case Manager (Full-Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Starting Pay: $23-27/hour

Position Overview

Renaissance Recovery is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide direct client services and coordinate essential resources that support recovery. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between clients, their families, the clinical team, and community partners-offering consistent guidance and advocacy throughout the treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

You will maintain a caseload of approximately 18 clients and will:

• Complete admission notes and maintain case records in accordance with policy

• Provide regular updates to families and the clinical team on client progress

• Coordinate services with external providers and community resources

• Facilitate groups with your assigned caseload

• Accurately document client interactions and treatment progress

• Continuously assess clients' mental health and substance use needs

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff

• Assist clients in accessing insurance and health benefits

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment

• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain upon hire)

• Strong understanding of addiction, recovery models, and treatment approaches

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude

• Organized, self-directed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
