Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Manager Location: 8905 WESTMINSTER BLVD, WESTMINSTER, CO 80031 Schedule: Full‑time Hourly Rate: $18.00 We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Manager to assist the General Manager (GM) in running the day‑to‑day operations of our restaurant and theater venues. The ideal candidate will lead team development, maintain quality standards, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience. Core Role Responsibilities Grow Revenue + Control Costs – manage COGs, maintain vendor relationships, and execute action items from P&L and OER analysis. Optimize the Guest Experience – uphold standards of behavior and safety, lead the front‑of‑house team, field patron complaints, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement. Lead Your Team – build a bench, identify and develop hourly key leaders, conduct coaching conversations, and celebrate team successes. Qualifications Proven leadership and motivational skills with a professional appearance; serve as a positive role model. Ideally prior experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment management. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and G‑Suite). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Effective and efficient problem‑solving capabilities. Experience monitoring and maintaining positive guest relations. Comfortable with multi‑tasking and adapting on the fly. Physical Requirements Light lifting and transport of up to 50 lbs over medium distances. Stand in one place for extended periods. Walk up and down stairs repeatedly over hours. Operate POS and use touch‑screen devices. Comfortable working in a kitchen environment with equipment such as ovens, stoves, and knives. Accept frequent exposure to heat, steam, fire, and noise.
