Pay and Home Time
- Average Weekly Gross: $1,300 to $1,500, direct deposit every week
- Weekly Miles: 2,000 to 2,400
- Home Time: Full weekend reset every 2 weeks, extend on the road if you want extra miles
- Bonuses: Safety and performance incentives on top of base pay

- 100% no-touch dry van, drop and hook majority
- 11 Western States corridor only, no city center chaos
- Late-model assigned tractors, no slip-seating

What It Takes
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or a completed CDL-A program (120+ hours)
- Clean record: no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
