Please apply if interested!Position: Quality TechnicianPayrate: $20-22/hourHours: 5:00am-3:30pm M-ThursLocation: Mebane, NCJob type: Direct HireThis role supports a Manufacturing and Machining company with their Quality Technician needs. Key responsibilities include:Conducting inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.Documenting and reporting quality issues, and collaborating with team members to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.Assisting in the development and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.Participating in internal audits and supporting external audits as required.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in a quality assurance or quality control role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
