Collins, CO!What You'll DoSupport and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant dutiesManage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical programOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environmentFacilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentationProvide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatmentWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree or higher in related field preferred3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferredCurrent licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LAC, LCSW, LPC in Colorado)Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skillsPositive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principlesWhy Join Us?Avenues features a rich, enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued and greatness is pursued.
