Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,991–$2,114 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Evenings Start date: 08/10/2026 Setting: hospital travel assignment Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and evaluate care plans and patient goals for Med Surg patients; reassess as needed and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team Deliver direct patient care per standards of care, policies, and procedures; respect patient dignity and provide patient/family teaching and discharge planning Safely administer medications and IV therapies per orders; manage pain medications, reassess effectiveness, and perform medication reconciliation Monitor cardiac rhythm and telemetry when indicated; identify abnormalities and escalate to the physician; provide ongoing education to patients and families Document thoroughly and timely; report patient status to the care team to ensure continuity of care; supervise and delegate nursing interventions as appropriate Requirements Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licenses and Certifications: Current Massachusetts RN license; ACLS upon hire OR active BLS with ACLS obtained within 60 days of hire; PALS preferred Experience: 1 year Med/Surg experience preferred; 1 year Telemetry experience preferred; 1 year Pediatrics experience preferred Other: Ability to work in a hospital setting; active eligibility to work in the United States as required for a travel assignment Benefits and Support Dedicated support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Credentialing and onboarding assistance Housing assistance and relocation support Nationwide assignments PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
