What We Look For In a Barback Friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Able to work a variable schedule of hours and days to include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as weekdays Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting What You Will Do As a Barback Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment About Us Since 1963, Clyde's Restaurant Group has been a leader in the DMV restaurant scene, known for exceptional guest service and fostering a positive culture for employees.
