The Pickup Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling vehicle pickups, communicating with customers and internal teams, and ensuring that pickup arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple schedules and requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups based on customer requests, availability, and operational needs.
• Communicate with customers, drivers, vendors, and internal departments to confirm pickup dates, times, and locations.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems with pickup details and status changes.
• Monitor scheduled pickups and follow up on delays, cancellations, or rescheduling needs.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails regarding pickup arrangements and provide timely updates.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary.
• Verify pickup information and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure a smooth and timely pickup process.
• Provide professional customer service while managing a high volume of requests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling or database systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job details:

• Full time: M-F 9am-530pm
• Pay: $20.00
