Perks Pay starting at 60k/year Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Responsibilities Accounts Payable: Enter and update vendor invoices, process payment checks and associated reports. Account Receivable: Enter and send sales invoices, process cash receipt by check, wire transfer and cash payments daily. Bank and credit card reconciliation Collection of Aged Receivable: Send statements to the customers, communicate with customers by phone and email to collect payments. Payroll: Assist Accounting Manager in processing payroll by verifying overtime and PTO Requirements Accounting degree required 3+ year experience required Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills Accounting Software experience necessary Ready to get started?
