The Position We are looking for a teammate to fill the role of Roofing Technician, performing installation and service tasks for customers in Maine. We’re seeking hard‑working individuals to join the IRC family and exceed customer expectations through stellar work ethic, knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This Teammate Will Report directly to the Foreman. Provide service and customer support for roofing projects. Respond to customers in a timely, professional, and courteous manner. Perform all on‑site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks. Build positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent service. Consistently comply with safety procedures. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and safely move equipment on‑site. Comfort with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights. Proficiency with power and hand tools. Willingness to occasionally travel overnight.
