Track Progress and Outcomes: Maintain thorough documentation and make necessary adjustments in treatment to ensure effective care.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged and fully supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in North Carolina

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
