Your job is to understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them make a confident buying decision. Insurance experience is not required. Strong sales skills are. What a Typical Day Looks Like Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs Explain coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand way Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking This is a high-activity inside sales role.
