Owner’s Rep – Construction Safety Advisor (High Voltage/Data Center)

Fairless Hills, PA | 12-month 1099 | Immediate Onsite Start

• You coach crews to own safety—never policing for citations but guiding for results.
• You’re comfortable around high-voltage scopes and live by NFPA 70E and LOTO.
• Your documentation is crisp, your root cause analyses are actionable, and your reports get read.

What you’ll do

• Represent the Owner onsite as the primary safety point of contact—aligning with GC and trades.
• Lead risk assessments, validate method statements/JSAs, and verify controls in the field.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain compliance with local/regional H&S regulations and ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 system elements.
• Capture daily logs and submit weekly timesheets via digital tools.
• Be onsite Monday–Friday (8 hours/day); no weekend work expected.

Minimum profile

• Required: Mission-critical background with 7+ years data center experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Health & Safety; or bring 10+ years of construction safety experience if you lack a degree and/or data center experience.
• High-voltage familiarity preferred; NFPA 70E competency and OSHA 500/510 required; BCSP CHST a plus.
• Fluency in the local language and strong English skills.
• Expertise across hazard/risk assessment, safe work method statements, and post-incident RCA.
• Clear, concise communication with Owner/Client stakeholders and the GC.

Compensation & logistics

• 1099 rate: $50–$52/hour.
• Housing allowance: $500/week if you live more than 75 miles from the site.
• Primary site: Fairless Hills, PA (onsite).
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; immediate start.

Berwick, PA applicants

Meet one of the following to qualify for our Berwick opening:

• Bachelor’s in Environmental Health & Safety and 3+ years of full-time construction safety management; or
• A recognized safety credential (CSP, CIH, ASP, CHST in the US; CRSP, CCOHS in Canada) and 5+ years of full-time construction safety management; or
• Current OSHA 500 (US) or Canadian equivalent and 6+ years of full-time construction safety management.
