Fine dining is about creating memorable experiences. As a Food Service Assistant, we're looking for motivated, guest-focused individuals who take pride in excellent service, attention to detail, and working as part of a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. In these roles, you'll support service operations by assisting with dining room setup, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, supporting servers, and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

This seasonal, part-time position is available immediately through January 9, 2027. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. High-performing team members may be considered for a regular On-Call or Part-Time position following the seasonal assignment.

Support servers in providing attentive and personalized guest service.

Maintain clean, polished, and properly set dining tables.

Clear and reset tables efficiently while upholding fine dining standards.

Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready throughout service.

Assist with water service, bread service, and other guest needs as directed.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room.

Work closely with servers, hosts, bartenders, and culinary team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Learn the details of fine dining operations and service excellence.
