Business Office Manager (Accounting Specialist) - Axiom Healthcare of West Frankfort Axiom Healthcare of West Frankfort is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (Accounting Specialist) to join our team. As a pivotal member of our business office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the accounting department, including staff supervision and training Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of financial transactions Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
