About Us
Sign Pros is a full-service sign manufacturing and installation company based in Redmond, WA, proudly serving the greater Seattle metro area — including the Eastside and South Sound. We work with real estate agents, property managers, restaurants, retail businesses, and more, handling everything from design through fabrication and installation. We're growing and looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients.
Position Overview
We're seeking a Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to manage daily office operations, process incoming orders, and provide excellent service to our customers — both in person and over the phone/email. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Enter and process web-submitted orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Complete utility locate requests (Call Before You Dig) required to process and schedule sign installation orders
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure orders move smoothly through the pipeline
- Maintain accurate customer records and order files
- Handle general administrative duties: filing, data entry, scheduling, and office supply management
- Address customer questions and concerns, escalating issues as needed
- Support invoicing, payment processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or front desk/administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers, email, and general office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.); ability to learn order-entry and scheduling systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, professional attitude and reliable, punctual work ethic
- Experience in the sign, construction, or trades industry a plus, but not required
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (Overtime sometimes needed) in-office at our Redmond location.
