Job Description Receptionist (FT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge HOA (Redmond, WA)

Our Trilogy at Redmond Ridge community is seeking a full-time receptionist. This is an on-site position with a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).

We are offering $26-$28/Hourly DOE. Minimum 1-2 years of admin and/or reception experience required.

Strong administrative support skills.

Exceptional customer service skills, with a keen focus on resident experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Serve as the primary front desk receptionist, greeting visitors, residents, board members, vendors, and guests in a professional, welcoming manner while maintaining a positive and organized reception area.

Answer and manage incoming phone calls efficiently, directing inquiries, providing information, and resolving routine issues promptly.

Provide administrative support to the site team, including preparing documents, maintaining records, scheduling meetings/appointments, and assisting with various office projects.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with homeowners/residents and board members, addressing concerns professionally and courteously.

Support overall community operations by maintaining accurate records, processing routine request, and contributing to a smooth, resident-focused environment.
