Lawn Care Technician OpportunityAt Landscaping by J. Michael, we're growing—and we're looking for a Lawn Care Technician who's just as passionate about outdoor work as we are.If you enjoy being outside, take pride in a job well done, and want to build a long-term career in the green industry, this could be a great fit for you.In this role, you'll be out in the field applying lawn and landscape treatments, making sure everything is done on time and to a high standard. You'll also help identify and treat lawn issues, keeping our clients' properties healthy, green, and looking their best. It's a hands-on position where you'll learn a lot and have real opportunities to grow with us.We're looking for someone who:Has at least 3 years of experience in lawn careUnderstands lawn maintenance and treatment practicesManages time well and stays organized throughout the dayCan juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving efficientlyWorks well independently with minimal supervisionBonus points if you have:A degree in Turf ManagementA current Massachusetts Applicator's LicenseYou'll also need:A valid Massachusetts driver's licenseThe ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical cardWe believe in taking care of our team.
