Outside Sales Representative

We're a growing sales and marketing firm in Chicago looking to add an  Outside Sales Representative to our team. In this role, you'll work with small and medium-sized business owners, helping them explore telecommunications and internet solutions that fit their business needs.

This is a mix of office and field work. You'll spend time in the office training with the team, developing your skills, and preparing for the day, then head into the field to meet with local business owners and build relationships face-to-face.

No sales experience? That's okay. We believe great salespeople are developed through coaching, consistency, and a willingness to learn. We'll give you the training and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners throughout the Chicago area
• Learn about each business and discuss their telecommunications and internet needs
• Present solutions that align with each customer's goals
• Build strong, professional relationships through face-to-face interactions
• Split your time between office training and meeting with businesses in the field
• Continue developing your communication, sales, and leadership skills through ongoing coaching
• Work toward individual and team performance goals while contributing to a positive team culture
