Responsibilities:

Acquire and adhere to all established health and safety rules.

Learn and apply job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete assigned tasks and adhere to the production plan schedule while producing high-quality products.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following policies and procedures.

Work on routine assignments requiring limited judgment and follow detailed instructions under close supervision.

Champion the company's Lean and Continuous Improvement programs.

Complete work orders on schedule to ensure a constant flow of products and maintain efficiencies.

Perform tasks such as hand soldering, working under a microscope, reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and work orders.

Prepare product components and fixtures for assembly and perform bonding processes.

Fabricate cable assemblies and perform limited testing of products.

Engage in routine hands-on assembly tasks in the manufacture of Eddy Current probes, Ultrasonic transducers, or BondMaster sensors.

Requirements:

High School Diploma.

Less than 1 year of related experience.

Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.

Computer skills and literacy are a plus.

Highly organized, self-managed individual who can work independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Ability to embrace change and be a team player.

Enjoy contributing to a diverse manufacturing group.

Ability to work overtime as needed.

Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods.
