Credit Analyst

Role Description

The Credit Analyst is responsible for the daily application of cash from customer payments received. This position will require the employee to work overtime as needed, based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.

• Data entry of Cash Receipts, ACH & Manual Deposits into current Accounts Receivable system.
• Adjust invoices for differences in discount amounts.
• Create debits on customer accounts for deductions/short payments and assign the appropriate reason code to each debit created.
• Verify and balance daily cash receipts.
• Assist with related special projects as assigned by Credit Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cash application in ERP systems.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with an ERP system is a plus!

Benefits

• The minimum compensation for the Credit Analyst - Temp is $21.25 per hour.
• The actual compensation to be paid will be determined upon an offer, based on experience, education, skills, training, and internal equity.
• Due to being a temporary position, this role is not eligible for any benefits.

• Remote, work from home with the occasional need to come onsite for events.
