Credit Analyst

Job Title As a Credit Analyst, you will conduct daily collection efforts (email, calls, portal reviews) on an assigned portfolio of accounts to resolve and minimize NAS account receivable delinquencies and DSO. Regularly communicate and work with customers, sales, billing, branches, and other departments to resolve past due accounts. Meet or exceed AR KPI's including, current%, >30 day% and DSO (monthly and annual) and the December cash collection target. Work in multiple customer AP web-based portal systems. This includes researching invoice(s) status, payments, account reconciliations and providing management with weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on customers account status. Actively participate in account discussions during the weekly, monthly, and quarterly NAS AR aging meetings with senior management. Responsible for preparing and distributing weekly/monthly/quarterly NAS AR aging reports. Generate customer statements as requested. Work closely with the billing team to help identify and resolve billing errors. Ensure that notes are provided on the Top 25 accounts and Top 10 high-risk accounts for the weekly, monthly, and quarterly NAS AR meetings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems. Advanced Excel skills are required Prior work experience and proficiency in working in customer web-based portals; Service Channel, Ariba, FM Pilot, EMCOR, Coupa, Officetrax, Corrigo Pro, et al. Prior experience collaborating with remote teams. Ability to build relationships with remote teams, including sales, billing, branch personnel, customers, et al. The compensation range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $80,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
