CREDIT QUALITY ANALYST

Quality Assurance Position
Clear and concise communication of quality assurance findings, to various management levels. Drive execution and prompt follow up on defect remediation; debate of disputes in a professional manner and in accordance with process and procedures. Partner with business teams and risk partners to identify upstream process control weaknesses and to propose process changes to enhance the control environment.
Knowledge of Credit products and banking practices with Loan IQ or Stucky experience. Knowledge of credit / loan agreement language and pricing structure of documents. Understanding of banking of laws, rules, and regulations. Audit or compliance background is a plus.
