POSITION:

The ssistnt Project Mnger is n erly-creer role esigne to evelop the next genertion of project leers t Goebel Mitts Constrction. Working ner the irect mentorship of senior Project Mnger, the PM will gin hns-on exposre to the fll project lifecycle - from preconstrction n scheling throgh fiel exection n closeot - cross iverse portfolio of commercil constrction projects.

This is not pssive spport role. The PM will be given rel ownership of tsks n, over time, rel ownership of projects. We re looking for someone with enogh experience to contribte from y one n enogh hnger to grow into fll Project Mnger within 12-18 months. QLIFICTIONS:
• 1-3 yers of experience in commercil constrction setting, incling irect fiel exposre
• Bchelor's egree in constrction mngement, project mngement, engineering, or relte fiel preferre; eqivlent fiel experience consiere

• Fontionl knowlege of constrction methos, mterils, seqencing, n pplicble biling coes
• Exposre to project mngement softwre (Procore or similr) is pls
• Strong written n verbl commniction skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Help prepre n trck sbcontrcts, prchse orers, n venor commitments in coorintion with the PM n Sperintenent
• Monitor project bgets n ssist with finncil trcking, cost reporting, n ocmenttion in project mngement softwre
• Conct reglr site visits to observe project progress, qlity of work, n herence to sfety protocols
• ssist with the chnge orer process, incling ocmenttion, pricing spport, n commniction to relevnt prties
• Fcilitte n ocment project meetings, mintin ccrte logs, n istribte timely meeting mintes n ction items
• Spport the PM in client commnictions, proviing timely n professionl ptes on project stts
• Coorinte with sbcontrctors, venors, n sppliers on scheling, sbmittls, n elivery logistics
