Highlights Location: Old Bridge, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You’ll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop and coordinate a patient/family-focused plan of care. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Adhere to American Nurses Association Code for Nurses. Requirements Education Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire Six (6) months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program Licenses & Certifications Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association required within 60 days of hire #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
