You will be supported by a collaborative team—participating in online meetings and engaging in virtual training sessions aimed at enhancing your skills and knowledge in the field. Key Responsibilities\n \n Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and reviews to ensure the highest quality of care. \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatment updates as per agency guidelines. \n Maintain an exceptional standard of confidentiality, ensuring the safety and integrity of all client records. \n Utilize your clinical expertise to accurately diagnose mental health conditions in children and adolescents, employing evidence-based methods to formulate treatment strategies. \n Plan and implement innovative treatment strategies, frequently adjusting them based on client progress and feedback. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n At Cottage Mental Health Center, your primary focus will be on children and adolescents, whose unique developmental needs require specialized support. You will have the opportunity to work closely with families, addressing a wide range of issues, including behavioral challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment will be essential to ensuring positive outcomes for these young individuals and their families. Qualifications\n \n Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California. \n A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health counseling techniques and theories. \n A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a relevant setting, showcasing your ability to apply therapeutic practices effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Demonstrated knowledge of individual differences, human motivation, and abnormal behavior, supported by your clinical work. \n Experience with Integrated Behavioral Health frameworks and familiarity with telehealth services, enhancing your ability to reach clients through both in-person and virtual methods. \n A history of successful collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to design and carry out comprehensive treatment plans. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
