Location: Boston, MA (Onsite 3 days per week)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Advanced Pricing and Order Management (OM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, gathering business requirements, and designing scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, with a primary focus on Advanced Pricing and Order Management (OM).
  • Work with Inventory, Procurement, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) functionalities as required.
  • Participate in end-to-end Oracle SCM Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and system specifications.
  • Design custom functional solutions following Oracle SCM best practices.
  • Support data migration activities using File-Based Data Import (FBDI).
  • Coordinate with technical teams on solution design, development, integration, and testing activities.
  • Understand demand and supply channels and their impact on SCM business processes.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Applications SCM modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in Oracle Advanced Pricing and Order Management (OM) .
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementation projects, including a minimum of 1 Oracle SCM Cloud implementation.
  • Mandatory Oracle Cloud certification.
  • Experience with data migration using FBDI.
  • Good understanding of Inventory, Procurement, and WMS modules.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidate Requirements
  • Must be a visa-independent candidate.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Boston, MA, three days per week.
