Fine Jewelry Sales Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Fine Jewelry and Watches Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling services, products, and merchandise, in a luxury retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Must be able assist customers with sales and repair intake.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customer and identify their needs
- Present and sell luxury jewelry and watches
- Explain products and services to customers
- Evaluate client’s jewelry and suggest appropriate repairs
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury jewelry sales, customer service, or other related fields
- GIA Graduate Gemmologist
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time or Part-time
