Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Position Overview You will be a key team member ensuring workplace and facility safety. This role requires leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Lead safety-related projects or processes of varying complexity. Work independently with limited supervision. Coach, mentor, and review work of junior professionals. Support continuous improvement and safety automation initiatives. Use advanced problem-solving to create solutions for safety processes or issues. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation. Perform other safety-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Safety or a safety-related field. 1.5–2 years of safety experience. Must live locally or within driving distance of the facility. Preferred Qualifications ASP (Associate Safety Professional) certification. CSP (Certified Safety Professional) certification. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus 10% annual bonus.
