Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatrics, especially in school-based settings, highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and diagnoses for a diverse caseload of students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Deliver therapy sessions (individual or group) tailored to each student's IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting
• Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
