About Our Client:

Addison Group is hiring a Recruiter for a well-established and stable manufacturing organization. This newly added role supports a growing talent acquisition function with hiring great talent and partners closely with internal leadership across multiple departments.

Job Description:

This contract Recruiter position supports full-cycle recruiting with a blend of hands-on hiring and coordination. The role manages a diverse requisition load while supporting recruiting systems and processes. Carrying a requisition volume up to 20 open positions across multiple skillsets in additional to candidate coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages full-cycle recruiting; source, review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and offer letters
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and candidate profiles
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system data
• Support and track background checks and onboarding processes
• Assist with candidate coordination and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional or corporate environment
• Experience supporting a wide range of roles and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively with leadership at all levels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel
• Experience with any ATS; Oracle experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree acceptable

Additional Details:

• Start Date: Within 2 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Training: Fully onsite for a few weeks, then moved to hybrid (Mon–Wed onsite)
• Dress Code: Business casual
