Location: Deerfield, IL – 106 Wilmot Rd, Deerfield, IL 60015
Pay Rate: $62.96/hr
Duration: 3 months
Schedule: Fully onsite ; hybrid may be possible, pending confirmation

About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support current and future hiring needs, primarily for field positions such as District Pharmacy Supervisors, District Managers, and Pharmacists . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and screen candidates for current and future openings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
• Understand current and future staffing needs
• Communicate career opportunities, organizational information, and benefits to candidates
• Provide guidance on staffing policies and procedures
• Refer qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide hiring recommendations
• Support other recruiting needs as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent training
• 8–10 years of customer service-related experience
• Knowledge of recruiting, selection, and training principles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring
