Addison Group is partnering with a well-established organization in the medical manufacturing space experiencing increased hiring demand. This contract opportunity offers exposure to enterprise recruiting practices and collaboration with experienced hiring leaders.
Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring. This position combines full-cycle recruiting execution with strategic partnership to help teams meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles from intake through offer stage
Partner with hiring leaders to define job requirements and recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach
Maintain accurate candidate activity within ATS and HR systems
Provide hiring insights and market feedback to stakeholders
1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards
- Knowledge of employment and labor law basics and hiring best practices
Modern/innovative office environment
Exposure to enterprise recruiting tools and hiring strategy
Opportunity to support large-scale hiring initiatives and build valuable experience
