Compensation: $22–$25/hour (DOE) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonus Opportunities

Schedule Options:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
  

Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Sales-Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will speak with individuals seeking legal help, gather critical case details, build trust, and confidently guide qualified clients through the process of hiring our firm.

This is a fast-paced, phone-focused role that combines client service, consultative sales, and accurate case documentation. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of calls, connecting with people quickly, and asking for the business while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Build rapport with individuals who may be injured, emotional, or overwhelmed
• Gather and document case details accurately in the firm’s intake system
• Identify and prioritize qualified, urgent, or high-value cases based on firm guidelines
• Explain the intake process and confidently guide qualified clients toward signing with the firm
• Conduct consistent follow-up by phone, text, and email
• Send intake documents and agreements and track them through completion
• Review missed calls and follow up promptly to maximize conversion opportunities
• Maintain detailed, organized notes and accurate lead records
• Collaborate with intake leadership and legal staff to route cases appropriately
• Follow established intake workflows, documentation standards, and performance expectations
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of call-center experience required
• Strong phone-based sales, persuasion, or client-conversion skills
• Strong communication and active listening skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Ability to connect with people quickly and confidently ask for the business
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls, leads, and follow-up tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable documenting conversations in a CRM or intake system while speaking with potential clients
• Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment
• Legal or personal injury experience is a plus but not required
• Bilingual proficiency, especially Spanish, is a plus but not required
