Make a meaningful impact as you support students’ communication and language development through evidence-based speech therapy services. This rewarding contract opportunity is located near Vista, CA and offers the chance to collaborate with a passionate educational team while helping students reach their fullest potential. You will work with a diverse caseload across elementary, middle, or high school levels, providing services both in-person and through teletherapy as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license (CCC or CFY accepted)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills for family, teacher, and team collaboration
• Excellent time-management and documentation abilities
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students ranging from mild to moderate/severe needs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
• Monitor and document student progress toward treatment objectives
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators, participating in IEP meetings as required
• Adapt services for both in-person and virtual environments, ensuring accessibility and appropriate support for all students
• Engage in professional development and share best practices with colleagues
