What We’re Seeking:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for California SLP Licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Previous experience in school, healthcare, or pediatric settings highly valued
• Teletherapy proficiency and openness to providing virtual services as needed
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Flexibility and creativity in developing personalized therapy solutions

What You’ll Do:

• Administer assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer guidance, resources, and counseling to families and educators regarding communication strategies
