Texting Registration Coordinator

TCN is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Time Texting Registration Coordinator to help manage our customer text-enrollment system. This role offers flexible work options, allowing you to work either fully remote or from one of our office locations. You will assist in onboarding new users, validating applicant data, and troubleshooting registration bottlenecks via texting communication platforms.

Core responsibilities

• Process high-volume text registrations
• Verify data accuracy and compliance
• Troubleshoot registration errors
• Maintain database records
• Collaborate with support teams

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years in data entry, customer support, or registration coordination.
• Familiarity with telecom software, CRMs and customer service platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with an emphasis on text clarity and brevity.
• Proven ability to work productively in a self-directed remote setup.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits, looking for a long-term career change.
