Product ManagerProduct Manager- 2 roles – Charlotte NC or Phoenix AZ Contract: 1 year Key skills- Data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Technology Project Manager, Working in Technology Vulnerability Management, Data Analytics In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems Consulting.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Required Qualifications:5 plus years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Project Summary:In this position you will provide support for Digital Transformation and Innovation as a Lead Business Systems Consultant on the Platform Stability, Safety and Soundness (PS3) Platform Team aligned with this portfolio.The focus will be to drive, execute and support practices and innovative solutions that deliver sustainable, stable and mature operations across the Platform organization.Responsibilities include:Liaise with line of business partners, technology teams document and troubleshoot issues of risk, vulnerability and technology relevance.Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systemsContribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet relevant business requirements.Leading geographically distributed team, extensive partnership with technology teams and risk and compliance technology partners.Top Skills (3 to 5 top skills that must be on resume):15 plus years of professional experience with 5 plus years of experience of working in Technology Vulnerability management in financial industry.5 plus years of technology leadership or technology project management experience in fast paced environment with rapidly changing and competing priorities.Ability of performing data analytics, keen eye, and high attention to the minute details of the data, ability to research and troubleshoot data related issues and providing quality and accurate deliverable.Requirements:Interacting with larger teams across geographies coaching and mentoring them as necessary.Expertise to work in JIRA, Kanban, to be able to exploit JIRA's features to efficiently manage the workload for large number of stories.5 plus years of business intelligence experience.Ability of performing data analytics, keen eye, and high attention to the minute details of the data, ability to research and troubleshoot data related issues and providing quality and accurate deliverable.A confident communicator, ability to interact with senior leadership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management.Nice To Have:Python / Java scripting and automation experience.JIRA Automation.Experience with data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, TableauExperience supporting an enterprise-level environment.Strong team or technical leadership experience.Soft Skills:Strong Leadership ExperienceExcellent Communication SkillsAbility to communicate and articulate with senior leadership.Additional Skills:Data reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Technology Project Manager, Working in Technology Vulnerability Management, Data AnalyticsStrong Leadership Experience, Excellent Communication Skills, Ability to communicate and articulate with senior leadership
