Technical Product ManagerWhat we're looking for...This position is a technical role and needs someone who can understand Marketing User Stories, turn them into technical requirements and design an architecture to meet the MMP. Some of the application servers are developed in-house and it is expected that the correct candidate will have the ability to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly. You must have the communications skills of a motivated and independent self-starter who can document, as well as talk to, the design. You will be expected to act as an "owner" of the product and take a personal interest in all aspects of its success.You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent with five or more years of relevant work experience.5+ years of software technical product management experience during which you have driven PaaS or SaaS products from concept to launch and revenue generation. Ideally, with both B2B and B2C segments from small business to enterpriseExperience with 3rd-party application integration, authentication, and authorization using programmatic APIs.Working knowledge of web technologies, mobile platforms, and RESTful APIs.A strong balance of business acumen, technical insight, and user-centered design skills to make the right tradeoffs for optimizing costs, quality, and business value while standing up for your customers' needs.Technical knowledge of the wireless network infrastructure and familiarity with wireless communication solutions and platforms.Outstanding interpersonal skills, oral and written communications skills.Even better if you have:Enterprise messaging experience.Experience with assessing and leading current Telecommunication technologies, leading large integration projects, or launching a new product from the ground up.Master's Degree and/or Industry Certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Linux, Openstack, Microsoft, CISSP, etc).Experience with application / infrastructure virtualization within a service provider network.Skills:Years of experienceProficiency (Beginner, Intermediate or advanced)Product ManagementExperience in PaaS or SaaS products from concept to launch and revenue generation.Enterprise messaging experience.Experience with application / infrastructure virtualizationExperience in web technologies, mobile platforms, and RESTful APIs.
