Parts Picker Specialist
We have immediate, full-time positions available for Parts Picker Specialists to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry into the computer inventory systems to include locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping of materials
- Perform inventory audits, inspections, and reconciliations of materials and monitor and update stock items, minimum and maximum stock levels, and coordinate stock level adjustments
- Ensure proper documentation is received by maintenance department when returning unserviceable parts and communicate with suppliers when unserviceable parts need to be returned
- Enhance efficiencies in all areas of development while performing quality parts room functions
- Assist, train, and mentor other employees in proper techniques and procedures
- Support and promote Safety Management Systems while keeping safety as a core value
- Successfully pass the Materials and General Maintenance Manual training courses, Hazmat Awareness course, and pass and maintain rating to be able to drive forklifts
- Gain efficiency in carrying out all parts room functions in accordance with applicable technical data and FAA regulations
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, as well as, all Company policies, procedures, and risk controls
- Perform other duties as assigned
