Bilingual Direct Support Professional (DSP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate DSP (Direct Support Professional) Caregiver to join our team during day hours. This position is pivotal in providing essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve a higher quality of life through daily assistance and companionship. As a DSP Caregiver, you will work closely with individuals, fostering their independence while ensuring their safety and well‑being. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans, promoting the social and emotional development of our clients.
