Comprehensive Benefits: Company truck, gas card, tablet, uniform, medical, dental, vision, group life, matching 401k, and more Professional Development: Ongoing training, growth opportunities, and paid training Work-Life Balance: Paid holidays and vacations What You'll Do: Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance What You'll Bring: 3-5+ Years residential HVAC installation experience required EPA certification in hand An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
