ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategy Associate works closely with our Lead Strategist to support the full lifecycle of client campaigns — from launch through close. This is a project management and client-support role: you’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly, clients are informed and confident, and the team has what it needs to perform. Day-to-day tasks may include building goal projections in Excel, preparing performance reports for clients, coordinating with campaign managers to unblock problems, or joining client calls to provide updates and strategic input. You’ll wear several hats and care about all of them.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support campaign strategy and execution alongside the Lead Strategist from kickoff through final reporting Build and maintain projections, goal tracking, and performance analysis in Excel Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for campaign managers—keeping things coordinated and moving forward Communicate directly with clients: preparing updates, joining calls, and helping maintain strong working relationships Assist with messaging development and strategy documentation Travel to our Midtown Manhattan office and client sites as needed (≈ 3–4 times per year)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Two things are essential — everything else we can build on: Required — At least 1 year of direct client-facing experience Required — Experience supervising or coordinating a small team Comfort with Excel and data — build basic models, interpret metrics, and spot anomalies Strong written and verbal communication — clear, organized, and easy to collaborate with Self-directed and deadline-driven — manage your own schedule while working remotely Interest in the arts, advocacy, or healthcare — experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH
