Your role will encompass supporting both the medical clinic and the adjacent med spa, which are under the same ownership.

The Opportunity

We can provide training in Functional Medicine and facilitate your certification through A4M, but we cannot instill the special energy that is essential for this role. You either possess it or you don’t.

Patient Demographics & Volume

Our practice sees a high volume of patients daily, with four practitioners on staff. We cater to affluent individuals aged 18-55, including health-conscious snowbirds in Boca Raton. The demographic breakdown is approximately 55% female and 45% male, with a surprising 50% of patients aged 19-35 and the other 50% aged 35 and older.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., during which you will see 40-50 patients daily, consistently receiving 5-star reviews.

How is That Possible?

This is an enjoyable environment for practitioners. You will hardly ever need to use a keyboard.

An assigned Medical Assistant (MA) will accompany each appointment, guiding the patient to the room, taking vital signs, and activating AI voice recognition technology that transcribes a summary of each visit into our electronic health record (eHR). The MA will also take live notes on action items as dictated by the MD or PA, ensuring charts are checked and signed before finalization. Requisitions and paperwork are handled by MAs, allowing you to concentrate on patient care rather than administrative tasks. The error rate is minimal.

The success of this workflow is attributed to our dedicated staff (20 in total), particularly our exceptional team of Medical Assistants. Our Clinical Manager is outstanding, and we have recently hired another co-lead who is equally impressive.

Responsibilities

• Act as the clinical and regulatory leader of the practice

• Oversee Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and clinical staff

• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards

• Review treatment plans and protocols

• Support strategic growth initiatives

• Provide care in areas such as functional medicine, hormone therapy, anti-aging, and weight loss

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Active MD/DO license in Florida + DEA registration

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience

• Ability to quickly establish trust with patients and staff

• Enthusiasm for peptides, longevity, regenerative medicine, weight loss, and personalized medicine

Preferred (not required):

• Previous experience as a Medical Director or clinical supervisor

• Background in functional or integrative medicine

• Familiarity with the trends in the Anti-Aging community

• Membership in A4M

• Initial compensation target of $315K-$325K (base + bonus)
