Medical Director – Functional Medicine / Longevity Clinic Boca Raton, FL $250,000 Base + Up To $75,000 Performance Bonus Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient Private Practice MUST-HAVE PROFILE (VERY IMPORTANT) ✔ Board Certified MD or DO (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine, or related specialty) ✔ Active Florida Medical License strongly preferred (Florida licensure process can take 6+ months for out-of-state physicians) ✔ Strong personality, bedside manner, and patient relationship skills (This physician will be replacing a long-standing Medical Director beloved by the patient base) ✔ Open-minded and adaptable to preventative, regenerative, and longevity-focused medicine ✔ Comfortable in a high-volume concierge-style practice seeing 40–50 patients daily within a highly supported team environment ✔ Interest or experience in: Functional / Integrative Medicine Anti-aging & Longevity Medicine Hormone Optimization Peptide Therapy Medical Weight Loss Chronic Disease Optimization Regenerative Medicine Metabolic Health ✔ Comfortable with a collaborative “well-oiled machine” clinical model where: MAs, RNs, and PAs handle extensive documentation/workflow Physician focuses primarily on patient interaction and treatment recommendations Minimal charting burden ✔ Strong patient-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building ability ✔ Must be open to a more holistic/preventative style of medicine versus traditional insurance-heavy primary care ✔ Foreign-trained physicians ARE welcome IF: Currently Board Certified in the United States Hold active U.S. licensure Ideally already licensed in Florida ✔ NO H1B/Visa sponsorship situations Overview A rapidly growing concierge-style functional medicine and longevity clinic in Boca Raton is seeking a patient-focused Medical Director to lead clinical operations and help continue building a highly respected wellness and preventative medicine practice. Clinical Environment 100–120 patient visits daily across the practice Physician typically sees 40–50 patients daily Supported by: Physician Assistants Registered Nurses Medical Assistants Administrative Team Onsite Support Staff This is a highly efficient, team-based environment designed to maximize physician-patient interaction while minimizing administrative burden.
