Description Franchise Law Partner Job Description We are seeking a senior Franchise Law Partner to join our firm and help grow our practice. Ideal candidates bring deep transactional experience, a portable book of business (minimum $500K) and an interest in working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
YOU ARE:
An attorney with over 10 years of franchise law experience. Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada, with a portable book of business of $500,000 or more. A natural leader, experienced in advising franchisors, franchisees and franchise‑adjacent businesses. Practical, prepared and resourceful with excellent people skills. An efficient and effective plain‑English communicator. Conscientious, thorough and highly accountable. Motivated to learn and improve. Receptive to constructive feedback. Polished, poised, energetic with a strong work ethic. Always responsive and often proactive, keeping your clients (and team) well‑informed.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WOULD:
Report to the Managing Partner. Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs on your team. Lead by example: with your work ethic, constructive feedback, and positive attitude. Have significant client contact. Be involved in client development and the growth of the firm. Continue to develop your own book of business and help drive the continued growth of the firm.WHY US:
