Property Manager - Daytona, FL

SNI Companies is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure the community is managed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong property management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$25.00-$27.00 per hour , depending on experience

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in property management or a related field
Knowledge of Affordable Housing regulations is a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, and general computer applications
Ability to learn and effectively utilize property management software, including RealPage/OneSite
Experience operating standard office equipment, including:
- Multi-line telephone systems
- Copy machines
- Fax machines
- Scanners and other office technology

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations and administration of the property
Provide professional and responsive service to residents, prospective residents, vendors, and visitors
Maintain accurate property and resident records and documentation
Ensure property operations follow company policies and applicable housing regulations
Utilize property management software to maintain records, process information, and support daily operations
Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and other team members to address property needs
Handle resident inquiries and concerns while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and other property-related documentation
Support leasing, resident relations, compliance, and general administrative functions as needed
