ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I began my career with State Farm in 2009 and have proudly served the Northern Virginia community as an agent since 2011. Over the years, we've built an agency centered around strong relationships, great service, and being an active part of the community we serve. We support local small businesses and enjoy finding ways to give back, including collecting toys for local children through Toys for Tots during the holidays.

Our agency offers a strong commitment to work-life balance, with no weekends or late nights. Team members have at least five opportunities throughout the year to earn performance-based bonuses, giving hard work plenty of opportunities to be recognized and rewarded. We also provide company clothing two to three times per year and keep our break room stocked with snacks, refreshments, and coffee.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Andrew Elliott - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
