RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse - Hartford, CT | Leadership Opportunity

Overview Full-Time | Evening/Night Leadership Schedule | 4 or 5 day work week. Competitive Compensation. Lead Clinical Excellence in a Specialized Inpatient Care Setting. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) to support daily operations within a 23-bed inpatient unit caring for medically complex patients requiring 24/7 nursing care. This unit provides a blend of medical-surgical and rehabilitation services and offers an opportunity to lead a highly collaborative team while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
